Title: Eric Holder says we need more police diversity. Post by: seahooker on 08 20, 14, 10:17:17:AM in 2007, the last info i have found, in local poice agencies thru-out the USA, about 25% were minorities. this was a considerable larger number than in 2003. i would like to know todays stats.

Dear Mr Racist Holder Test scores and requirements were lowered, and then lowered again to "be fair" to the obviously less intelligent MINORTIES, I'm somewhat puzzled this didn't entice them to VOLUNTEER for such an outstanding job serving THEIR COMMUNITIES as policemen and firemen. Maybe YOU can FORCE the minorities to VOLUNTEER for these jobs, Maybe you can FORCE and CONVINCE these minorities how important it is for them to serve THEIR COMMUNITIES. I know may you'd have a better turn out if you instituted an ALL BLACK or ALL HISPANIC police force or fire department, could be the problem is THEY don't want to WORK along side WHITEY ! Ads for police academies and hiring appear in our local papers all the time, there are commercials advertising state patrol and county sheriff openings, so why don't they apply?
