To many character in the title. To get past that, do the following:>> Inside the red box, delete the "Re:" and spaces before the fist character of the title. Post by: Jim on 07 24, 14, 06:25:35:PM I guess I don't understand where you are getting this error message because when replying to a post, if you try to change the subject it will only allow you to use so many characters in the first places. It stops you from entering more than allowed. My guess is that somehow whatever you typed was not recognized by the Editor and thus it thinks nothing was typed. Or the field was left empty. When you reply to a post that has a title of 69 characters, for instance. The title box will add "Re:space", that kicks the characters up to 73. 3 characters past the limit. However, as jst the fax pointed out, Firefox doesn't give that error. I use IE11. But for testing I used Firefox. The error did not appear... |
