the house I really wanted to buy in Memphis is off the market.... unsold... so I emailed an agent a minute ago to see if he could help me purchase it...

if it was still available...

I think it may have gone into foreclosure...been watching it for awhile...

I tell you it's perfect for small renovation and located just the way I want it and has a walking trail behind it... if I get that house... I'll never come back to hellsville... ever...

I will take with me tools, garden stuff, computers and have a Craigslist sale out of this world....everything must go including the stained fence... I said everything....including doors, windows if they wanted it...furnace and A/C may make it to Memphis... we'll see...

hell they can have the hardwood floors here if they can manage it... I really won't mind... I'd like to leave this place an empty shell and let the chips fall where they may....brick by brick....

may even take the electrical box I had installed... and the water heater... it's mine... hell I purchased it...

this house will never sell...

the only decent neighbor that was left here has moved or has his house up for sale...and whose blaming him... not me... I understand it...

leaving these folks here the way I found them... empty and pathetic...... I'm out of here the moment the agent says it's still available...and that could be in 30 days...

pray for me... I really hope.... but then again there's another house where the price went down... but it's not exactly what I was hoping for but it could work...

Memphis may not be the ideal place for some but if you are into music like I am... it's the best... I see myself at the casinos and the shows there weekly... oh who am I kidding daily... I'll may have to take a job at the casino as a janitor or something... you never know about me... but only if they pay me under the table... can't sacrifice my present income for that... but....

ok... that's where my spirit is this morning...

I was trying to check and see who owns the home now... I don't know... the agent is looking into it for me...

so... still waiting is all I can say for now...

neighbor called and she was stressing also...

I'm going to go and get some tum tums cause my stomach is stressing I feel butterflies, upset stomach..or nerves...... I don't know...
