I was able to take the day off, so I've already roasted the yams to make candied yams tomorrow...boiled the eggs for deviled eggs, chopped the onions, celery and peppers for my stuffing and the citrus salad I will make...I've got the turkey out and ready to put in its brine and tonight I'll make the cranberry mousse...
 
My son's girlfriend is making the pies so dessert is covered and my younger son and I got the house cleaned up and the laundry done...so tomorrow should be roasting turkey and lots of yummmmmmmm smells coming from the kitchen while everyone enjoys football and visiting...
