There's an old saying that goes: "There's no such thing as a free lunch."
 
But that's wrong.  There is!
 
Thanks to the hope and change policies of President Obama, and passed by the congressional Democrats, soon all of our medical care will be absolutely FREE and paid for by our federal government!
 
Just think, nobody ever need be sick or hungry again!  Doctor's visit?  FREE!  Hospital care?  FREE!  Prescription pills?  FREE! 
 
Why didn't anybody ever think of this before?  I think I know the answer.  The rich Republicans wanted all of that money to go to their wealthy doctors, big hospitals, tobacco companies, and insurance corporations!  I hate them all so very, very much!  But if we now actively seize their wealth, and then use it to pay for more health care reform, we will then send a stern message to all future medical care workers that we are watching them and will no longer tolerate their racist greed!
 
Only the DEMOCRAT PARTY saw and acted on this solution, and today we are already witnessing the results!  Soon sickness & disease will be things of the past, just as they already are in Marxist-socialist nations like Cuba and the D.P.R.K. (Democratic People's Republic of Korea) where the people stand 100% united behind the revolutionary leadership of Fidel Castro and the Dear Leader of the Korean people, Kim Jong-Il!
 
Nancy Pelosi said it would be like this.  She told us: "You need to pass the bill so that we can see what's in it."  And today we stand on the doorstep of a brave new socialist society in which all medical care is paid for by the state, as foretold by economist Karl Marx.  Perhaps we can now gladly thank Congresswoman Pelosi by returning her to her position as Speaker of the House?  Yes, we can!

Well if things are so very bad in Communist countries like Cuba and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, then please explain to me why the people there continually re-elect the Castro brothers president (for fifty-plus years now) while the Korean people vote UNANIMOUSLY for Kim Jong-Il to lead them everytime his name appears on a ballot!
 
Also, if you go into ANY house in the city of Pyongyang, you will see hanging on the walls pictures of the Great Leader (Kim Il-Sung) and the Dear Leader (Kim Jong-Il) before you even see family photos!  Now what does THAT tell you?

There is the cost of:
 
- Materials
 
- Time of the providers
 
- Education of the providers
 
- Energy to power the offices and/or machinery of the providers
 
- Transportation to/from the site where the activity is perfomed
 
It doesn't matter whether the activity is in Peoria or Patagonia or Pretoria or Pyongyang or Paris!! Every activity has a cost and SOMEBODY pays for it!!!
