Well if these inmates are so dangerous they need to be held in solitary on continueous basis...my guess is the prison system has no other choice.

ACTUALLY THEY WENT ON A HUNGER STRIKE OVER THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD!!! BFD SCREW THEM IF THEY HADN'T SCREWED UP THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO EAT THE FOOD IN PRISON!!!

Well there are people all around the world that have little or no food. They have no bed, not a roof over their heads...these people are living in a war zone because of the actions of a military over throw etc.
