Taking down Halloween, and setting up Christmas...and knowing we get to eat turkey in between, YUM !!!

I am going to spatchcock my turkey again this year.  Last year it turned out so good, I can't wait to try again.  Even bought a great pair of bone shears that made light work of cutting through the backbone.

Speaking of Thanksgiving dinner, what is your favorite side dish?  I love roasted, candied yams.
